Europa Donna, the Irish breast-cancer campaign, has a vision: that women of all ages know what they can and should expect in terms of risk, diagnosis, treatment, recovery and support in order to improve both early-detection and survival rates. The organisation published a leaflet to highlight the nine things every woman in Ireland should know about breast cancer. Minister Mary Harney TD launched the piece, and it was delivered to three-quarters of a million households around the country.

The leaflet won “Best project in the Community or in a Social Setting” at the Crystal Clear Health Literacy Awards for its clear and concise presentation. We are thrilled to have partnered Europa Donna in this project as it again highlights that accessibility and design go hand in hand.
