Red Dog have been design partner to the Labour Party for many years, devising and executing their visual communications through numerous election and referenda campaigns, at national and local levels. Having, at the start of our involvement with our client, redrawn the Labour logo and developed a flexible and easy-to-use, yet impactful, visual language for use on large- and small-format items, such as outdoor election posters and leaflets, newsletters and calling cards, as well high-visual building banners, such as those for Dublin’s Liberty Hall, we have accompanied the Labour Party on their recent political journey helping them amplify their political messages through a variety of channels, such as online and real-time. For the latter, we have created a number of design concepts for the party’s televised annual conferences, designing everything from the stage set, through conference reports and agendas, to display branding throughout the venue. We’ve also designed the party leader’s Christmas cards! This really is total design.
