A fixture in Irish banking for over 40 years, KBC Bank has recently launched a new strategy, placing a premium on making it as easy as possible for customers to do business with the bank on a daily basis.
Over the past few years, KBC has asked Red Dog to help develop its brand positioning and develop product and in-store communications to help build on KBC’s brand personality and engage with clients – in a way that could best be described as “non-banky”.
